01GENERAL

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through treasuretrove.in, social media channels, telephone orders, chat support, or any other sales channel owned and operated by Treasure Trove Atelier ("Treasure Trove", "we", "our", or "us").

1.2 PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT OR USING ANY SERVICE OFFERED BY TREASURE TROVE. BY ACCESSING THE WEBSITE, PLACING AN ORDER, OR USING ANY OF OUR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, OUR PRIVACY POLICY, SHIPPING POLICY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY, AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO SPECIFIC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

02BUSINESS

2.1 Treasure Trove Atelier operates as an online retail platform and physical store, offering curated home décor, furniture, textiles, fragrances, lighting, artificial plants, and lifestyle products for sale across India.

2.2 Treasure Trove reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any product, service, feature, content, or policy at any time without prior notice.

03PRODUCTS

3.1 We strive to display product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, materials, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many products, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, grain, pattern, or appearance may occur.

3.2 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing enquiry@treasuretrovelifestyle.com with supporting photographs.

3.3 If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Treasure Trove reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3.4 Treasure Trove reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per customer and to discontinue any product without notice.

04ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF SERVICES

4.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to purchase products from Treasure Trove.

4.2 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

06PAYMENT TERMS

6.1 All payments must be completed through approved payment gateways before products are dispatched.

6.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6.3 Treasure Trove does not store your complete credit or debit card details. Payment processing is handled securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

6.4 Treasure Trove shall not be responsible for any unauthorized use of payment instruments by third parties.

07SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

7.1 Treasure Trove currently ships across India.

7.2 Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on product availability, destination, courier performance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.

7.4 Orders containing multiple products may be delivered in separate shipments where necessary.

08RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 Eligible products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery, provided they remain unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

8.2 Customized, made-to-order, personalized, clearance, or specially commissioned products may not be eligible for return or refund.

8.3 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

8.4 Treasure Trove reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or exchange request.

09NO WARRANTY

9.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all products sold by Treasure Trove Atelier are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, guarantees, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.

9.2 Treasure Trove does not provide any warranty regarding the durability, performance, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted use of any product beyond the rights available to customers under applicable law.

9.3 Many of our products are handcrafted, artisanal, natural, or made using traditional techniques. Variations in colour, texture, grain, finish, dimensions, patterns, or appearance are inherent characteristics of such products and shall not be considered defects or grounds for warranty claims.

9.4 Treasure Trove shall not be responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, neglect, accidents, normal wear and tear, environmental conditions, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, or use contrary to any care instructions provided.

9.5 Any manufacturer warranties, where applicable, shall be limited solely to the warranty offered by the respective manufacturer, and Treasure Trove shall have no additional warranty obligations beyond those expressly stated.

10INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 All content available on treasuretrove.in, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, videos, icons, layouts, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Treasure Trove Atelier.

10.2 No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Treasure Trove.

11ACCEPTABLE USE

11.1 You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, systems, servers, or customer accounts.
